Haxton Down Farm is set it a superb location being very quiet (you can barely see another house) but only 1 mile from the main Holiday route A399 which takes you to the coast.Barnstaple and Exmoor are both 15 minutes drive and the coast is 20 minutes drive away. Add to this some of the best views in the area reaching across a patchwork of fields and villages down to Bideford Bay and beyond to Hartland point.

From J27 proceed on A361 for approx 25 miles until you reach Aller Roundabout.Then take A399 for 7 miles ,turn left at Ditch End X and we are 1 mile on.on the left. Turn down farm lane beside the Public Byway Sign and follow the concrete road ,crossing the cattle grid. The farmhouse is at the end of the drive past the farm buildings.
